this is us. I SWEAR! well they say picture speaks a thousand words. so yeah. and the funny part is, its not the picture only, she does too..  se-caryyy.... =D

today was my first day of work too. ill tell you what i was in charge of just now (keeping in mind its my first day)

~always have the counter for ice water glass full of cups already filled with ice water (so the other waiters could just take it and serve)
~gotta keep the jug filled with ice water EVERYTIME!(to be poured to the glass)
~always refil the warm water jug (which is in the kitchen behind)
~when new customer walk in serve the cold water (sumthyms until 11 customer @ 1 time)
~clear the table (1 tray is big and is meant for us to carry lots at one time on one hand while the other clears) before the customers leave (when they are finished) and after they left ( + must wipe table + arrange the ketchup, tomato, cheese, pepper and promotion ad properly). the manager is very detailed about the arranging part
~replace the washed cutlery back to the tray.

and! when its peak hours! all that becomes 1! yes ! all dat must be done simultaneously. waarrrgghhhh pressure!!! there are two convo i hated must just now it was....

Manager: at this pace you are working, u gone have to resign later on.
me:(in my mind: wtf! im just starting to get the hang of it cb!)


2nd one:


i was wiping the table and supervisor was looking (sumhow she keeps tailing me and its irritating!) then i went to the table beside it and wipe it too. then i walked away.
supervisor: ehk here dunno how to wipe ah? (the first table i wiped)
me:ive wiped it
supervisor: (looking paisey coz i actually did already) this one you call wipe already? wipe sumore and wipe properly.
me: (UURRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)


ouhyah i remembered the 3rd one:


i was asked to clear a table by another waiter and i did. ( i didnt notice one of the waiters placed the wrong wiping coloured cloth on the table as i was clearing the table first)
supervisor: ehk boy come here (pointing her finger at me, the kind when you curl ur finger to ask ppl to come to you)
me: (in my mind: is there a more polite way you could call me?!! bitch!) yes ma'am
supervisor: who ask you to use that cloth to wipe? huh? tell me who? uve been briefed and you still dont know ah? who brief me you tell me? dun tell me the manager.
me: (lookin damn shock coz i didnt even know the cloth was there) i dont know! sumone asked me to wipe the table and sumone must have left it there. i just attended to this table. ive not touched the clothe even. ( i purposely looked annoyed and just walked away from her)

my managers not that bad coz although they are particular they are professional. this supervisor only got big problem with newbies. then then then to annoy the supervisor back i purposely smiled widely everytime she commented on me. after that, belive me, she didnt bother me again. ( maybe thinkin im a psychomaniac or sumthyn haha goody goody good good!)

tommorow would be the another day over there.... haizz!
